We got back from our cruise early in the morning and check in was hours later. They charged us $50 but got us in a room within about an hour. Clean, spacious rooms and great facility. Very walkable distances to restaurants.

Very convenient having the shuttle take us to Orlando International Airport. We told the desk associate what time we needed to leave the hotel and the shuttle was there waiting the next morning

There was a buffet breakfast offering scrambled eggs, potato cubes, French toast, a selection of cereals, juices, breads and bagels, as well as fresh fruit salad. The hot food was replenished frequently so tasted nice and hot and fresh. A fantastic overnight stay, from the free shuttle bus pickup from the airport, the well furnished room & bathroom, comfortable bed and complimentary breakfast, its superb value for money. There's also a pool area and a bar that serves food and drinks, which was managed wonderfully by a lady called Alicia, on the night of our stay.

Very convenient location, close to the airport and a free shuttle to and from. Nice hotel, close to several chain restaurants, a decent swimming pool, a good breakfast with a variety of foods. The staff was friendly and helpful. For example, I could not get the phone charger to work, the front desk sent an engineer who lent me his own charger cable to use till I checked out.

Staff were extremely pleasant & helpful. Our flight arrived around midnight, we texted hotel at # provided to us and extremely helpful driver arrived to bring us to hotel. Staff at hotel continued professionalism. We felt our needs were cared for and they genuinely cared about our experience. Room was perfect, like a mini apartment.

The breakfast buffet was the best I have experienced at any hotel so far.There was a great variety of options.Food was freshly made and attendants made sure area was always clean and replenished.My room was huge and had a great view.I like the security feature of the key need for elevator access.My floor was really quiet.Ieft my cruise documents in the lobby and had to travel 45 minutes back to retrieve. The hotel desk made sure my things were secure and I arrived back on time.The check in was smooth and friendly.

Breakfast was outstanding - hot everything and the staff kept the place moving and food flowing. Staff from front desk to housekeeping to food were helpful and efficient. The location is excellent for passing through, but devoid of anything to do nearby but eat - very corporate. Airport shuttle service is much appreciated, and if you are lucky, you'll get Bill for your driver - best shuttle driver I've had anywhere!

Newest hotel in the area. Shuttle was easy to identify, efficient, friendly and driver told us of area discounts. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room exceeded expectations with couch and shower. Shower was beautiful and had soft water. My husband never wanted to leave the shower. Air conditioner worked well. Refrigerator and shower shampoo, conditioner and soap were a nice addition. Lobby was big, eye pleasing and offered many types of chairs. Pool was a reasonable temperature 82°, clear, plenty of loungers and chairs, and towels provided. Inside outside bar with firepits and cushioned seating was very enjoyable. Breakfast was outstanding. Offered a big variety and especially liked the omletts. Great restaurants within walking distance and nearby. Staff went over and above....I forgot my never used swimsuit in a drawer in our room. I called the hotel many hours later. Tony checked the room and found my suit. Offered to mail it or I could pick up. I returned at the end of my trip, one week later, and retrieved my swimsuit. Thank you all for a great experience.
